Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Products must not have been installed, used, or modified
Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Repackage the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our customer service team
- Include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice
Refund or Exchange
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product
- Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product
Exceptions
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for returns
- Products that are missing tags, packaging, or accessories are not eligible for returns

Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance
